Economic Vacuum Extruder

Vacuum Extruder is the machine that receives the benefited clay, its function is to extract through vacuum pump the air of the mass, compact and extrude the dough in the final format, being them in ceramic blocks or rods for tile press, has 2 axes with hammers forcing the clay through a grate where the vacuum is made, removing all the air from the process allowing a better compaction , elasticity and strength of the ceramic product the dough is extruded by a thread called snail forcing it to pass through the matrix or mold in the shape of the ceramic product.
